Fernando Kuhn Let's talk

Your website improving every month — instead of aging until it goes offline

A website left alone doesn’t stay still: it ages, breaks and slips out of the search results — usually without warning. I take over what you already have, fix what’s wrong, and make it a little better every month.

The problem

Is one of these stories yours?

01

Whoever built the site vanished — no replies, no passwords handed over, and you don’t even know where it’s hosted. It’s the number one rescue call I get.

02

The site has been up for years with nobody touching it: old photos, wrong prices, an outdated phone number — and every visitor who notices starts doubting everything else.

03

You pay monthly for hosting and "maintenance" without knowing what you get in return — and you suspect the answer is: nothing.

04

One day the site simply went offline (or vanished from Google) and you were the last to know — told by a customer.

The solution

What the plan delivers every month

An audit of what you already pay

before any plan, I review your current charges (hosting, domain, "maintenance") and tell you what’s necessary, what’s overpriced and what’s money thrown away.

Constant monitoring

if the site goes down or something breaks, I find out before your customer does, and fix it. You stop being the last to know.

Protection and updates on schedule

the invisible upkeep that prevents break-ins, slowdowns and that "weird error" that scares buyers away.

Improvement every month, not just "keeping it online"

sharper copy, a new section, an updated offer, fixes to whatever visitors show isn’t working. A site that only "stays online" is shrinking.

A plain-language report of what was done

every month you know what changed and why, in business-owner language. No more paying a retainer blindfolded.

Who takes over

I’ve been a developer for over 15 years, and the most common rescue call I get is exactly this one: "the person who built our site disappeared." I’ve rescued sites for manufacturers, clinics and retailers — recovering access, fixing what was broken and installing a routine of improvement on top. My own website is maintained with the same discipline I’m offering here: it changes and improves every week, and that’s how it keeps bringing in clients.

Investment

Monthly plans — always including improvements, never just "keeping it online." The audit comes first, free, and pricing comes after it — the audit often pays for itself on the spot, because duplicate charges and services you pay for but never use are common finds. And an honest warning: if your site is old enough that fixing it costs more than rebuilding it, I’ll tell you that in the audit — with the numbers on the table.

How it works

Three steps, zero fluff

01Free audit

You send me the site’s address and what you pay today. I send back an honest picture: what’s fine, what’s at risk, and what you’re being charged for with nothing in return.

02Rescue and cleanup

I recover access, fix what’s broken or outdated, and leave everything documented in YOUR company’s name — so you’re never held hostage by a vendor again.

03Improvement routine

Every month: monitoring, protection and one visible improvement — with a plain report of what was done. Your website goes back to working for you.

FAQ
How much does maintenance cost?

Monthly plans, always including improvements — real changes every month — and never just "keeping it online." The right plan comes out of the free audit, based on the site’s size and what it needs; pricing is set after it.

You didn’t build my website. Will you still take it over?

Yes — that’s most of the cases I handle, including when the original developer vanished and nobody has the passwords. Recovering control and putting everything in your company’s name is step one of the job.

How is this different from the "maintenance" I already pay for?

Ask your current provider what they did to the site last month. If the answer is silence, you’re paying for the site to stand still — and a site standing still is aging. Here, every month there’s an improvement made and a report saying what it was.

What if my site goes offline?

With the plan, I’m usually alerted before your customer even notices, and the fix starts immediately. Without monitoring, the default is the opposite: the site goes down on Friday and you find out on Tuesday, from a customer.

Can I cancel whenever I want?

Yes — the plan is monthly, with no penalty. And since access, passwords and accounts are in your company’s name from day one, you leave with everything. What keeps me as your vendor is the site improving, not a clause.
